We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Northwood Living. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

While Canadian law does not require online stores to accept returns, we choose to offer this return window to support our customers.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • The product must show no signs of use or damage

  • A valid tracking number is required for all returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returned items are sent to our fulfillment warehouse in Asia.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Please note: returns sent without tracking cannot be refunded.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@northwoodliving.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and the item you wish to return

  3. We will send you clear return instructions and the warehouse address

  4. Ship the item using a tracked shipping method

  5. Send us the tracking information

Your refund will be processed after the return has been approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

  • Items that show signs of use cannot be returned

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
